(OAAV) will not store any financial details related to your transaction and all payments are facilitated and managed online through our associated payment platform provider, Stripe Inc. The payment will be processed in accordance with Stripe’s global terms and conditions which you can read about at https://stripe.com/au/privacy.
Under no circumstances will the OAAV be responsible or liable to you or any other party for any loss or damage however caused, that you may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with your use or inability to use the stripe.com payment platform including, without limitation, any loss or damage that arises as a result of your use of the payment platform referred to above.
You will ensure that your access to or use of stripe.com is not illegal or prohibited by laws that apply to you. You will take your own precautions and exercise due diligence to ensure that your method of accessing stripe.com does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference that may damage your computer system. For the removal of doubt, we do not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to your computer system or other system that arises in connection with your use of the stripe.com payment platform.
We do not charge you a fee for using the stripe.com services. However the merchant stripe.com may charge a fee for use of the service; this fee may vary from time to time. You can obtain information about such fees from the Merchant’s website at the time of the membership purchase.
We expressly disclaim all responsibility and liability for your use of Stripe.
You agree that your personal information such as your name, address, email address, school batch year and mobile number will be used for the purpose of managing your subscription and to notify you about any associated membership offers, future events and general OAAV communications through Email / SMS / WhatsApp unless you opt out from receiving such alerts at the time of registration.
